The Villas at Seven Dwarfs by Near to Disney Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were great. The pool and hot tub were definitely highlights of our trip. We would happily stay here again.

We are a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 teens) and enjoyed nine nights at this resort in a 3 bedroom home in block 21. The unit had one bedroom with king bed and en-suite on the first floor and two bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) with shared en-suite on the second floor - each room had a tv. Bedrooms and stairs were carpeted.|The lounge was a good size with a kitchen at one end. In the kitchen were a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and full oven as well as ample storage cupboards. (unfortunately there were no instructions on how to use the oven). We rented a villa here from someone on VRBO. The security guard was friendly and helpful each time. They are also in charge of monitoring the weather to open and close the pool, so they have their hands full! The pool itself was clean and a lot of fun. They don't enforce rules like no diving because they don't have someone to do that, so your trip to the pool will really depend on those going at the same time. However, it's big enough to still have fun. The hot tub is also spacious and relaxing. The club room was a bit disappointing because the air hockey table was broken, so we wasted a dollar for nothing. The billiards table and ping pong were fun, though. The complex was okay and very quiet. The airbnb house is really nice. The building is not the actual house number. If anyone book an aibnb here, make sure the host give you the actual house number not the building. It took us 15 minutes at the gate to figure out the house number so the gatekeeper can let us into the complex.

We noticed an old smell when we arrived. Started walking around and noticed lots of mold. Looks like they tried to hide some of the mold with paint. The vents even had mold. My husband reached out to the contact person. Was told that they would send someone to check it out. No one ever came. My husband reached out again and was ignored.
