The University Inn at Emory

Older and dated but clean. The room was quite large. We booked directly with Tiffany who is a delightful person and each time I talked with her prior to our arrival she was informative, pleasant and kind. We were there to care for my brother who had surgery and the location is near his home. Early neighborhood morning walks were safe and scenic. We wouldnt hesitate to stay there again. No frills. Just clean and comfy basics. Perfect for our needs.

Positive: Proximity to the event that I was attending Negative: Check-in staff was absolutely fantastic. which is a day manager was absolutely deplorable, uncaring and disrespectful.

In need of a total rehab! Old and dirty with no elevators and its 3 floors. The staff is new and didn't know anything. If you had a complaint on Friday, the manager won't be in until Monday. And don't bother asking for the laundry room code 1234, it only took 2 days to get it. And don't bother using the room phone because there is no cord attached it!! The worst place ever, don't waste your time.

Older and room was not super clean but overall good budget motel. Nothing bad such as hair in the shower but can see in it needs good cleaning and there was a hole in the wall. Large room though and plenty of space. Good area and right across the street from Emory. Safe area. Make sure to book through the website and not 3rd party because if so they charge you $7.50 per night to park which makes no sense.

We found our double queen room very comfortable, clean & roomy. We will definitely stay there again soon. The only thing i would say it needed was a bath towel & hand towel rack in the bathroom. Thanks for the delicious Starbucks coffee and your hospitality. |Cindy & David E. Craft
