Customer Reviews
The Time was a wonderful boutique hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was chic, clean and in a great location! Super close to broadway theaters, literally next to the Book or Mormon and across from Chicago! We could see the Chicago marquee from our room window. The room was just around from Broadway so the noise and crowdedness was not an issue. You couldn’t hear the hectic noise of TS. ||Dee Lee the guest service manager was a delight! Very helpful and friendly making us feel welcomed and valued. Armando at the bar was friendly and had great service. We will definitely be back!! ||The rooms were very nice and cozy. Beautiful bathrooms and loved the mirror/tv. The price for this great chic room was very reasonable. Excited to come back!
The staff are really friendly and make up for this busted hotel. It’s a rustic style but the interiors are scuffed, dirty, poorly cleaned/maintained and the rooms are the size of a children’s shoebox. Super dark interiors too with little to no natural light - couldn’t wait to check out. Location is excellent though and the bed was ok too.
It's a very, very bad experience. The room is awful; you can clearly hear the noises in the hallway and the other rooms, especially when other people close and open their doors. You can never get a good night's sleep. The room is also very small. Furthermore, the breakfast service is ridiculous. If you have two guests, they cannot have breakfast separately because the hotel only provides one voucher. When the first guest has breakfast, they collect the voucher back, so the second guest cannot have breakfast, and they refuse to accommodate that. The front desk is also ridiculous and rude. They cannot even accommodate simple requests.
I LOVE this hotel. The genuine hospitality and comfortable beds are honestly all I need. I love that although you're in a really busy location, it's not super loud. It's a cute tucked away boutique-y spot. It's sleek, simple and the food is fantastic. This is my go to here on out for both location and comfort. And they're SOO kind here.
I did not have a great experience at this hotel. I Stayed here for eight nights In one of the accessible rooms. Every time I would take a shower, the fire alarm would go off because they had a weird type of fire alarm And placed it right next to the shower. The temperature in the room would either be extremely hot or extremely cold with no in between. The windows Sweat quite a bit and got my books wet. I had given the time New York a deposit when I came In and they chose to not reimburse me because my Deposit apparently was used to pay facility fees. They also tried to charge me for snacks that I did not eat in the room And I had to speak with them over the phone about it. There are better hotels in New York that Do not play so many games. Also This place was quite loud at night When tryin
