The Tides RV Resort, a 55+ Zeman Signature Resort

This is a 55+ RV park. Your grandkids can come visit and play in the pool. This place is new and beautiful! Fabulously maintained, quiet and lively at the same time. There's fun us you want with organized activities and there peace and quiet if that suits you better. Pickle ball swimming , Jacuzzi, two great dog parks with separate areas for large and small dogs. They do trash pick up at your site 3 times per week and they have FREE ICE (really good tasting) at the clubhouse kitchen! This place is as good as it gets or at least as nice as I have ever been to in the world of RV parks. Add toonit the friendly staff .... It's just a great place. We reserved here at the Tides after staying at the Surf, two times. It's summertime and there are lots of vacant sites. They put us in the back where there is mostly permanent sites,and the loud sound of the train that comes by several times daily. Yu want people to comeback show them a reason to comeback! We weren't close to anything, a car ride to either pool, temperature was 89 in back pool, not refreshing! Was ran up on by 3 dogs loose and no supervision as I walked my 2 leashed dogs.|Walked around area, noting that rules are definitely not followed by annual residents. Guess as long as they pay rent they turn thier heads to any rules. |What I saw, freezer in front of 5th wheel, not allowed, over crowding of sites with to much crap, as our neighbors, more than recommended 2 vehicle

Great place to stay in our Airstream. Our spot backed up to the lake and was deep and wide with nice pavers. Be aware there are a lot of alligators in the lake, so keeping pets on a leash is highly advised. Clubhouse, pool, and staff were all top notch. Location is a little far from restaurants and amenities, but if you don't mind a 15-20 min drive there are lots of places.

Where to start with my review??? My husband and I left two weeks ago today after living at The Tides RV Resort for a year. We were so happy when we found this place and I thought that we were going to be here happily ever after but unfortunately, for us, wasn’t the case. The clubhouse, pools, laundry rooms, size of lots, etc. are, like most of the reviews said, very nice and well kept. The “gated” community is actually a non gate one with magnetics bars that open and close with a fob and many times in the year that we stayed there, were malfunctioning and stayed open. The “luxury” resort is not what we expected because Management has rules and guidelines but not enforce them especially if you are a resident that is good friend with Management! Great pictures of pool complex - they dont show the temperature! Checked in Jan 4th - pool real cold. Reported to reception, they appeared surprised and would alert maintenance. So went to Hot tub - 105 degree and great. This was before the ambient temps lowered, so no excuse to now have pool at useable temperature.|Went back today. Pool even colder. Went to hot tub, barely warm - showed 94. 10+ degerees lower than should be. Switched on bubble maker with thought that would heat up the tub - nope. Blew out cool water for 2-3 minutes along with strong chlorine smell. Went to reception and reported. Different person -"oh someone just reported this a few minutes ago" again looking surprised. I said I reported the pool issue a week ago, reception just smiled.||Clearly no employee
