The owners of this RV park are a wonderful couple who truly care for the property. I found this affordable lot rental during a tight spot, and it has exceeded my expectations. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and there aren’t any loose animals roaming around. It’s quiet at night, and I've never had any issues with noisy neighbors. This is my first time living in an RV park, and I can honestly say I have no complaints. I've stayed at several parks while vacationing that I wouldn't consider living in, but here, I take pride in calling it my home. The location is close to the beaches and not too far from the city in either direction.
I meant to leave a review a while ago and I forgot. Me and my bf stayed here for over a year. No one bothers you. Easy to pay rent through Zelle. It’s small but most rv parks that we’ve parked at are small in terms of the space in between RVs. It’s in a convenient place and close to the Walmart and other stores. Our rv was there for hurricane Milton and didn’t get any damage. So over all our stay was good and we were grateful to have a place that didn’t just rent to 55 and older.
The owner was very kind & seems to cater to a low income community that might otherwise be homeless. That being said...the park condition is deplorable! Beat up campers with tarps covering leaks, filthy & ancient. Looks nothing like advertised. There are no fire pits like the advertisement of the fun family photo. No picnic tables. There is a delapatated laundry hut but not sure if the machines work & you should probably use the buddy system if you are forced to use. Most of the residents there are bound to the place by what seems to be out of financial desperation. There are no community showers or amenities that they advertise under the guise of a golf club membership close by. It is sad since those we encountered were exceptionally kind & friendly. This is NOT...I repeat NOT a plac
Michael and Celeste are absolutely wonderful. Very quiet and clean park, Stayed here for about a year and enjoyed every second. Would highly recommend spending some time at Lazy Oaks if you are in the area, and looking for a nice spot to keep your camper.
Lots of improvements done here and a very peaceful place to live or stay. Love what Mike and Celeste have done. Fingers crossed for a swimming pool in the near future 😃
