Terra Ceia Bay Estates

This whole property was owned by a family friend Mr. Brown in the 80's and 90's. The one house on the whole property was located where the pool is now located. The house was hit by lighting twice and burnt to the ground twice.The property stood abandon for many years until it was sold. The other major problem with this location is storm run off,during big storms the area from the road (US19) to the east side of the property turns into a raging river flooding out the road and making passage impossible. Hopefully this will be fixed some day. This property has been a favorite fishing spot for me spending many many days there, when i had this whole property to myself.The small public boat launch off US 19 just beside the road is a bit sketchy to say the least and the mud and muck just get thic

I love living on the boat on the bay. Who wouldn't love this view every night. But now because off a few people who are camping on shore we have to leave. We will miss this place.

Fish here fairly often. Beautiful crystal clear bays and mangrove lined keys. Good fishing for Trout. Great place for kayaking and boating

Did some work there come out really nice people were really happy very quiet place didn't see many people walking around almost desolate
