Don't go with hotel I try hold hotel stay here monthy when i did Manger or person desk call me try scams me he say you need proof that on food stamps and ask me for credit card online so don't trust it so please don't trust this place or Manger why I asked for proof of food stamps to stay in hotel something werid going on with this hotel think they scammed me so don't go with this hotel something werid happen go with this hotel i don't trust this hotel or Manger do this to people you don't need proof of food stamps place I rent to stay in hotel don't don't trust this place all say don't need proof of food stamp or proof of where we rent why that werid to me why need that to stay in hotel you don't ok something werid going on this hotel

I checked in in November and I have been here since I am left alone and I don't have any concerns about my vehicle being messed with. People who live near me are super nice and the staff helpful. I asked for a large refrigerator and it broke. I went and bought my own since they didn't have any more but I would rather have my own. The owner is super nice. They are quick to fix anything. I always see the help cleaning rooms. It's much better than where I had stayed and I don't have to pay for the ability to use the pool and be told that I can't use it. Great so far.

Dirty. Gross worn out sheets and pillow cases. The drain in the tub was filled grime and hair. The pool seems to be permanently closed due to "leaks" . Probably not maintained like everything else on the property. I tipped the owner $20 for allowing me to check in early. No "thanks" or even a smile or acknowledgement. I hate to get even more personal, but she had the most overwhelming body odor it was difficult to stand close to her. I would not return nor recommend It's a shame because it's a cute, classic, "old Florida" motel.

This places should be shut down it was infested with roaches we arrived to the place at night so we didn’t see much until we went inside the rooms. It looked like there was a family next to us that seemed to be living there and as soon as we walked in it looked horrible dirty sheets and tubs were disgusting we got a second room with rug and you could just see all bugs crawling I mean, infested with roaches and bed bugs. DON’T EVERRR COME HERE, I can’t believe they are still open.

Come to this business Sun Inn & Suites 5/18/22 the first room we where placed in was rm# 262 the room was filthy. The bed sheets wasn't changed, when we pulled the sheets back on beds there where strings of hair along with pubic hairs. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the tub still had someone hair in it and mold was everywhere along with roaches. Our refrigerator nor A/C worked, so I went back to the front desk and complained and was placed in rm# 162 samething with the filthyness, mold and roaches. I cleaned that room from top to bottom. Goes to the front desk the next day and asked for housekeeping and towels washcloths Exchange and was told by the lady name is Lorraine that I can only have my room cleaned once a week and towels and washcloths exchange once a week.
