We had such a wonderful experience at the beach,and a big part of that was thanks to Steve. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask—fresh towels, perfectly arranged chairs, and checking in just the right amount to make sure we were comfortable. What really stood out was his warm personality and pride in his work. Steve made the entire beach experience feel relaxing and effortless, and his friendly attitude truly elevated our day. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such great service with such a positive spirit. If you’re spending time at the pool, you’re lucky if Steve is working. He’s an absolute asset to the hotel and made our visit unforgettable. Thank you, Steve!

Excellent service and absolutely beautiful resort. Beatrice at the front desk , Cristian- Concierge and San the pool bartender were amazing and made me feel right at home! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort! Even though I checked in very late at night, the customer service was still outstanding and made me feel welcome right away. Every part of my stay was smooth, relaxing, and well taken care of. I especially want to recognize the valet attendant Tyjhanae and the concierge Aris for their excellent service, professionalism, and for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I really appreciate the attention to detail and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort!

We had the most amazing time on our honeymoon here. Right from the start the staff was so kind to upgrade our room which was so appreciated by my wife and I. The bar and lounge areas were also very well attended to and the staff took care of our needs so well. Next up, we used the Spa extensively and the treatments we received there were top-notch and we felt very relaxed after them. Lastly, the beach amenities were very relaxing and well kept. Everything was clean and orderly without any missteps. The only 'down' point may have been the breakfast by the pool where the food was average, but everything else that weekend was amazing. Would definitely come back!
