The Southernmost Inn

Overall, we had a decent stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic — it truly couldn’t have been better and made getting around so easy. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a great perk, and we appreciated having that included. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the bed and sheets in our room were fresh and comfortable. That said, there were a few downsides. The rooms are very small, so it felt a bit tight during our stay. The shower could definitely use some updating, as it felt a little run down. The front desk staff also weren’t the warmest or most welcoming. We did have an issue with our sink breaking on the second day, but management responded quickly and fixed it right away, which we appreciated. Overall, the location and cleanliness were str

Loved this Inn. Rooms were perfect size since we did not come to Key West to sit in them all day. No issues with rooms of bathrooms. Asked for extra towels; got them in 10 minutes. Everything we say was clean and well kept. Breakfast could use some more protein. Happy Hour nice with wine and cheese. Outdoor areas very peaceful. Didn't swim but pools looked wonderful. Great referral for bike rentals. Frenchie's resturant next door is not to be missed! Easy to walk anywhere from this Inn. Will definitely stay here again!

Occasionally you meet someone who seems to gain pleasure out of being rude and objectionable to people. However they do not usually work in hotel reception. If you enjoy this treatment then I recommend this hotel to you. I have never in many years of travelling and staying in hotels felt less welcome than here. This is a pity as there are some good features: 2 pools, a hot tub, a good choice breakfast, 24 hour Starbucks coffee machine. The rooms are fairly basic for the price and variable in quality as others have noted. Our poolside room on our second night was far better than the room for the first. The location is excellent being just a few yards from Duvall Street and the Southermost Point. Limited on site car parking for 6 cars at $30 per night.
