Duval Street Suites

I stayed in The Paradise Suite for five nights the first week in February. This suite is colorful, peaceful, and comfortable. I appreciate the large windows with room darkening shutters, the calm colors of the decor and linens, table lamps, adjustable a/c, and tall ceilings. I slept well and felt safe. I utilized the well stocked kitchen and the dresser drawers. My car stayed parked in the free lot behind the building, in the shade of beautiful trees. The pool area looked lovely as I walked through the property each day into the neighborhood of quaint houses, shops, and restaurants. Yes, there are outdoor stairs, so take your time and be grateful for the fine Key West location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Key West Suite at Duval Street Suites. Highly recommend this property and excellent communication from out host, Magen. We were in the heart of Old Town and could walk most everywhere. We walked to Mallory Square for dinner and the sunset. We also walked to the Southernmost point. The Hemingway house is literally right around the corner. It was great to have parking onsite for our car. We used the full sized kitchen which had everything we needed. The pool was a welcome escape and relaxing. I booked this property based on previous reviews and they are all accurate. A great place to stay! Very clean and convenient. Our stay was private, safe, clean and quiet. We slept very well. It was very nice to have parking (a must if you are staying in town). I loved waking and walking to the local bakery and organic market. The apartment is down the street from Hemingway’s home. A huge perk with having a washer and dryer with pool towels provided. I would definitely stay again! Not one complaint. The location is perfect. Enjoy your stay in this special place!

I believe this our 8th visit to this property and can’t recommend enough! The location on mid Duval is perfect if you want to be in the middle of it but sitting in the secluded back pool area you’d never know you were so close to the bustle. Parking in rear and easy access to Whitehead Street and adjacent neighborhoods really makes this the perfect location. All the amenities, our family of three needs, including washer/dryer, kitchenette, bbq grill, and well maintained outdoor space and pool. The owners are simply the kindest hosts you’d never wanna stay with, a true example of southern hospitality!

Duval Suites are in a great location and we were able to walk all over town. Our suite was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The pool and garden area is relaxing and well maintained. The host is easy to reach and helpful in every way. Check-in and check out was a breeze. Hope to stay again!
