H2O Suites Hotel

My partner and I stayed at H2O Suites for our honeymoon and had the most incredible experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, and we were given a complimentary upgrade to the Deluxe suite at check in. The room was beautiful and spotless and came with fantastic amenities. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and daily happy hours. On top of the great hotel space, the location is also excellent. We were a short walk or bike ride away from anything we wanted to do in Key West. Despite being close to everything, the hotel was a quiet and peaceful oasis away from the hustle of Duval St. and served as a perfect base for exploring. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we can’t wait to return and stay here again for future anniversary trips and getaways

We loved everything about the H2O Suites. It may not be The Four Seasons 5 Star but it's the best in Key West. Great rooms, complimentary drinks every day at the pool, free snacks (muffins, ice cream) in the room, clean big rooms, a terrific pool on the third floor and a great location one block off Duval Street (but at the end away from the tourist crowds). The staff were all very friendly and worked hard, Winfred at the office, Janeen and Angie at the pool and a great group of friendly room maintenance/maids.

We spent 11 days in The Keys over the holiday week in three different locations. If only we had spent it all at H2O! The room, the rooftop pool, the grounds, and especially the staff are all amazing. I hardly know where to begin. We arrived early, so after a warm friendly welcome we were invited to wait for our room at the rooftop pool, where the lovely bartender served us delicious rum runners and provided maps and directions. ||Check-in included a champagne cocktail before we were escorted to our room. The room!! Gorgeous! Because it was Christmas, there was milk and Christmas cookies and candies and gingerbread men and wine! I’m surprised Santa himself didn’t pop in. This hotel is practically perfect. The room accommodations are modern, clean, and new. The public spaces are lovely with lots of greenery. The pool area has a bar that offers complimentary beverages. We loved the little treats that showed up daily. They also celebrated our birthday and New Year's with special treats. This is a wonderful property that is within walking distance of all the must-see attractions in Key West. Stay here! You won't be disappointed!

Me and my wife went for a getaway and it was really nice. There was a slight issue with our initial room and once we notified the desk they were able to switch us out very quickly. The room was very nice and the onsite staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here for another visit! Also, to the desk clerk Winfield, thanks so much for helping us with the parking pass for our golf cart👍….
