Mold mold mold. Shelter shelter shelter vibes. Not enough beds for me and my two children thought I was going to wait two weeks. Had a leak and wet floor didn’t clean up the leak.No TV. No BALCONY! No full size computers in each rooms. No 10 basketballs 10 chairs, 3 benches and toys for the kids. No KEY to your unit. You have to wait or security to escort you in your shelter room EVEN if you need to use the restroom / take care of your digestion. No extra bed in the room. No nothing. Hm.. Ms Romero so mad about my curls she wanted the doctors note typed. They wanted me SO bad.
My son had a bike and they said that we are not allowed to bring it in our room so I had to buy a chain for the bike.
The Hotel has a convenient location. The rooms are spacious, but the decor feels dated and could use some updating. The amenities are basic, and the Wi-Fi can be spotty. It's a decent choice for a short stay if you're prioritizing location over luxury.
The rooms were dated pretty much the same as when I stayed there 18yrs ago. Plenty of storage space for clothes & beds were very comfortable. Bit dusty behind bedside table & grouting needs renewing in bathroom but beds were clean. Rooms were cleaned every day & fresh towels provided. Disappointed no tea making facilities in room. The complimentary drinks in foyer were only open for a few hrs in the morning. Staff were very friendly helpful & efficient with the exception of one. This has been reported to the manager. We weren't informed of the $22 daily service charge until we were checking out. We did not feel there was enough of a service provided to warrant this.
Surprised with all the negative reviews. I haven't stayed here in a number of years but this place used to be mint and was a bargain for the money. It used to be $20 to park your car unlimited as long as you didn't take it out and you were staying in the hotel. And the rooms were reasonable and clean and the views were excellent. The rooftop pool was mint. I think they were closed for a while during covid. I hope they didn't screw up an excellent place
