10/10 for service and accommodations. From the minute we got there we were greeted by every employee that we encountered and that didn’t stop our entire stay. Every single employee we interacted with provided great service. Basil, Danny, and Shane at the pool were attentive and very helpful whenever we needed anything. The food at the pool and through room service was fresh and arrived quickly. The room was spacious and clean and the whole property felt very kept up and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

VERY DISAPPOINTING |Just finishing up a 3 night stay and we won’t return.|This is a typical chain hotel exuding style over substance. It’s like IKEA heaven throughout with modern design furnishings that look great in a magazine or on a glitzy insta post but lack comfort and luxury to be enjoyed at leisure. |We paid premium for an oceanfront suite with balcony. Don’t bother as the ocean is way beyond the front of the room with pool, an ugly accommodation block a garden and a public walkway between you and the beach! |Additionally the room was billed as a corner suite with the idea of views and two balconies. Both faced the service entrance with constant noise from staff and maintenance who shouted and laughed at all hours of day and night.|There is construction all around the hotel too.|The

Beautifully renovated. The decor is very chic and tasteful. Shoutout to friendly pool staff. Reception was also helpful. The rates during our stay were crazy expensive but that’s Miami in high season for you. I loved the thick comfy pool chairs and the relaxing (non party) vibes. Food was also great. Also they are super dog friendly which was amazing. My only gripe is the windows in the rooms feel like hospital windows, a relic they kept and refurbished instead of replacing with something more modern. Ruins the expensiveness of the rest of the room. But great stay regardless.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The hotel is beautiful inside and very clean. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable, and the staff was consistently very friendly and welcoming. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. Service is a bit slow, especially at the pool and beach. It gets crowded by around 10 AM and there aren’t many servers, so you often have to flag someone down to order. The elevators are also extremely slow — we regularly waited close to five minutes for one. The bathroom in our room looks nice, but it definitely felt like it was designed by a man — only one sink and almost no counter space, which made getting ready a little difficult. There’s no where to hang a hand towel, and the placement of the towel hooks are in an awkward spot. I came with my

Location..location..location! Closed to everything in the heart of south beach. Price and location can’t bested. Needs some upgrades but can be overlook due to 2 main factors for us: 1. Location. 2. ServiceBack of Hotel is the beach..this is definitely a plus. Huge pool your kids would love. I recommend highly.
