She was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The beautifully designed rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, and elegant décor created the perfect blend of charm and luxury. It was easy to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a standout. The chef prepared the most incredible pancakes we’ve ever had and even shared the recipe with us! It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch. My wife and I booked 2 nights here for our anniversary and we had the most wonderful time. This was 1 of many anniversary trips we did this year and it reminded us of Edinburgh.||The place was absolutely stunning. The decor, ambiance and vibe exudes upscale luxury and sophistication. The rooms were small but enough for us and they were beautiful.||The service by the staff, led by Deanna, was exemplary. She even booked us a show with great seats. Deanna, Kim, Larissa (?), and the rest of the staff made our stay very special. Breakfast prepared by Chris was excellent.||It was an absolute gem of an experience and we’re already planning on our return to the Scotsman.
