Orchid Inn

Great location, easy parking, lovely breakfasts and excellent host. Need I say more?|Would definitely return. Much prefer the warmth of a B &B to a hotel. It was our first trip to the Niagara area and we really enjoyed our stay. Rather than doing tastings we decided to select wineries with restaurants and have meals there. Our host Cindy was pretty knowledgeable about the better places to visit. We go to Toronto several times a year to see family and this is a great side trip. Very enjoyable 🥰

Sadly, Cindy has retired and sold the property. We had been staying at the Orchid Inn for the last 15 years, 2 - 3 times a year. We always looked forward to seeing Cindy and her sons. They were wonderful and always made our stay there enjoyable. We even brought our young child with us during the last few years and he was always happy to stay there. The Ginger Restaurant was also a gem. The food and service their was amazing and we would always bring takeout out back home with us for the next day. We will miss you Cindy, Seth and Thane. The Orchid Inn is such a gem. We stayed for two nights and the location was perfect. Rooms were well kept and Cindy, the owner, is absolutely lovely. She was so attentive and also served us breakfast a little earlier and the normal time so we could make it to our spa appt. So accommodating and kind. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to NOTL!

My wife and I have been visiting Niagara on the Lake for years. Our go-to dinner choice is Ginger Restaurant, which is part of Orchid Inn. We keep going back because the food is consistently excellent. This is our first time staying there as well. It is a fairly small place with maybe 10 rooms. We will be back. Our room had a king bed and a fireplace, with chairs set up like a junior suite. The place was spotless. Breakfast is included and served in the same room as Ginger occupies for dinner. It is usually served later than we planned on leaving so we told Cindy (the proprietress) that we would skip it. Rather than allow that, Cindy graciously offered to serve us a half hour earlier than usual. My wife told Cindy she is not an egg eater. The next morning we were served a large portion of

The best thing about The Orchid Inn is the service. We genuinely felt like welcome guests. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room, including the bathroom, was extremely clean. The TV was limited, which was the only negative. Breakfast was included, and our host went out of her way to accommodate both our travel plans and our dietary preferences. The peameal bacon sandwich on a fresh croissant, with a large, fresh fruit salad, was perfect! We will stay here again, and highly recommend Orchid Inn.
