The Saint Hotel Key West, Autograph Collection, Adult Only

This hotel is in an excellent location, right off Duval Street in Key West. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, although they offered use of their bicycles. Our room was cute and the bed was very comfortable. Our room opened to the pool area and was a bit awkard as we had to manage the shutters for privacy. Breakfast was yummy! My main complaint about the property was that the pool area and loungers were dirty. Also, housekeeping left our used glasses and pool towels in the room instead of providing clean ones. The lovely outdoor dining area featured a canopy of fake foliage. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely loved the location of The Saint Hotel. All members of the staff were very accommodating, friendly and made you feel welcome from the time you check in until the day you check out. Bikes were provided and we took advantage of them almost every day. Drinks were great and were served by bartenders who wanted to make sure you were satisfied. Pool was warm, clean and not crowded. The back entrance to Duval street was very convenient. I will return to Key West and will certainly stay at The Saint Hotel. Thank you Maria for all your recommendations and helpfulness.

No real place inside the room for 2 people to sit so the only option is the bed. Not ideal Had dinner there tonight. Not great. Ordered a starter, 2 entrees and 2 glasses of wine. One wine came in about 15 minutes the other in a half hour. Disappointed. Then the appetizer and both entrees came 45 minutes later and all at the same time. More disappointment. I ordered the filet rare. It came medium rare. The waiter didn’t know what side dishes they offered. He was very disappointing. Not attentive at all Gustavo the valet attendant is wonderful and the friendliest employee they have Abraham the manager is also very pleasant and accommodating This was our 3rd year staying here and this experience may have me looking elsewhere for next year

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and smelled amazing, which made it feel comfortable right away. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. The entrance was beautiful and gave a great first impression. The island atmosphere was relaxing, and the restaurants offered great food. I especially loved the seafood and desserts everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Expensive and worth it. Service at the bar, restaurant, and to/from room - fabulous, helpful and friendly. Happy hour was terrific with superior cocktails and fantastic food. I had grilled octopus on an amazing sauce. Still thinking about it. Breakfast made exactly to order with perfect coffee, available all day and night. (No coffee maker in room). Decor in the lobby and bar is funky and cute in complete contrast to the rooms which are luxurious and beachy. The room amenities are also lovely including the chaise lounge and mirrored bar. Nice pool and rooftop bar. Valet car service. Yes- it is great here. I will say, check in could have been more accommodating as we are seniors and were given a second floor room next to the lounge so we had stairs in the rain and loud music and noise unti
