The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore

Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel! The entire team here was so welcoming and accommodating -- as someone who was organizing a conference here, the team that manages meeting spaces, dining, and group bookings (Kerry, Irene, Johnnie, and Romeo) is OUTSTANDING. We brought over 100 educators to Baltimore the week of an epic ice storm and the hotel was able to house us, feed us, and make the conference feel warm and welcoming, despite single-digit temps outside :) The location is great, price is right, and the rooms are comfortable. Make sure to stay on your next trip to Baltimore!

The hotel itself was fine. Our room was large and comfortable with a good bed and linens. Bathroom was outdated but passable. The problem here was the dining and bar facility. First, it seemed strange that there as only one restaurant in this large hotel. It contained the only bar, which was very small. The restaurant was very plain, not attractive at all. Service was incredibly slow, and servers seemed disinterested. Eye contact was rare. Several people who were waiting in line to be seated opted out for a cafe down the street. Wish we had! The breakfast we had there was terrible - an overcooked egg, an overripe avocado, all lukewarm. Would not stay here again.

Excellent location right by the water. Perfect for going for an evening run.Staff very friendly when I checked in and then asks them a few questions about the local area.Very large room. No view just a courtyard lobby. The hotel is a little old which does not bother me but still very clean and felt well maintained. I would happily stay here again if in Baltimore.I did not eat at the hotel.

I am so impressed with this hotel mainly because of its staff Kevin in the Explorer Cafe and Adrianne and Danielle in the Formula Expresso are such sweet, professional and engaging souls. They made me laugh, feel welcome, and feel like family. My stay here was amazing and I look forward to visiting again and often.

Great location, decent rooms, friendly but short staffed. The rooms here are definitely on the bigger side but felt kind of outdated. The location is perfect as it’s close to the harbor and walking distance to all the attractions- including the aquarium. The pool hour is nice and long and heated. The fitness room is on the smaller side but you can get most workout down. I appreciate the two new pelotons bikes they have in a separate room. The only downside is the staffing issue as the front desk was always seemed to be low because during my check in and check out process there was a long line due to only ONE person at the front desk. They did address a A/C I had in the room fairly quickly. All in all, a decent price to location and amenities ratio if you’re staying in Baltimore! Self parki
