They close the hot tub at 7:00 p.m. leaving us with nothing to do these owners do not care about us guests. Yes they did very nice rooms but after you get into them you quickly realize there is nothing to do it's nice to have an indoor hot tub with sauna it's especially nice to relax in as adults and these stingy owners take the opportunity away from us at 7:00 p.m their excuses is their front desk person goes home at 8:00 p.m. except there's somebody on the property even after that and they could keep the front desk open till 10:00 p.m but they're too worried about saving 2 hours of petty payroll and rather lose all the business of people not staying there who would be grossing over paying for the rooms far excedding the petty payroll this place has horrible business mindset.

The Roxbury is a magical gem in a wonderful small town in the Catskills. We had family and friends staying both at the 'main' hotel/motel in town, and at the 'Mansion' and suites 2 miles up the road - all of us had wonderful stays. The 'main' rooms are small but comfortable and of course, the decor is a ton of fun, with quality amenities, good wines available in the rooms, and coffee/tee across the street. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We are so glad to have stayed and look forward to a return visit.

The rooms are the main attraction, but the little walking trail and history lesson by the falls is nice. There’s not much to do around there so everything is a drive. We knew that going into this. Chuck, at the front desk was dry and funny. Very helpful. Annalee, the masseuse was very professional and good. Just a heads up. You need to book massages in advance. Thank God we did that. Well worth the money. The hot tub at the HOTEL is in the crooked cabana with a bunch of people walking around. I liked the one at the shimmer spa at the MOTEL better. Go skiing 6 minutes down the road at Plattekill mountain or just go into margarentville or Roxbury proper, but there’s not too much to do. We love coming here to get away from the city. Best weekends ever when we come here. Cant wait

One of my favorite trips yet! My partner and I travel the east coast often, local to atlantic city. I’ve been wanting to visit the roxbury for a while after seeing it on social media. I just so happened to check the website and they were having a sale so I went for it! My partner and I stayed for two nights and it was magical. We stayed in the genie bottle room which was so beautiful and spacious. Fridge, microwave, plenty of towels, drinks for purchase in the room along with some complimentary waters. Only complaint were that there were no utensils or napkins. The tub was amazing my partner and i both fit comfortably but like any big tub water can get cold fast. Location was beautiful, VERY RURAL. Plan on a bit of a drive if you want to do something, there’s only a few small locally owned

Second time here. First time we stayed in the cinderella cottage where the attention to detail was absolutely mind blowing, and recently in their contemporary room. Both times our stay was great. The staff especially Kim and Grace at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Our room was incredibly cozy, a perfect blend of fun and function. The hot tub was a great touch to unwind at the end of the day. Perfect getaway in the Catskills!!
