Celebrated our 29th Wedding Anniversary and staying in the Fairy Room brought our special day to the next level. |Everyone here are very hospitable and willing to accommodate.| The Trail walk is a must;) Relaxing short walk amongst the Catskills mountain air. |Plenty of places to sit along the trail if needed. |Hands down an amazing place to visit and stay.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very different. Was almost like walking into a different world. Both properties were very unique and exciting and nestled into a beautiful surrounding with amazing scenery. My gf said it felt very much like being in a Hallmark movie lol.. The amenities were so enjoyable especially during such a wintery mess and could. The hot tub, saunas, COMFORTABLE bath robes, themed rooms and comfort made our stay beyond enjoyable!! AMY at the front desk was the PERFECT person to first come in contact with. She was very sweet, pleasant, and knowledgeable and her smile made you feel like you've been friends for a while and you weren't just a customer!!! Hidden gem! We had a girls night in the Superhero Incognito suite. All the details of these rooms are amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and the Cabana Bar for some fun drinks and snacks. We will definitely come back to enjoy the pool and a different theme!

This was definitely a unique place to stay at. We booked Galileo’s Gate for a two-night stay. Upon check-in we rang the bell after a few mins as we couldn’t see anyone to help us. After a further five or so mins we rang the bell again. A woman told us she was on the phone and would be back. Once checked in we were told of the amenities and that the bar would be open around 4pm. We went to our room and hung out for awhile before going to the bar around 4:45pm. No one was there and we waited for about ten mins before going to the lobby. We were told that the bar server had gone to pick up some chairs and wouldn’t be long so we headed back to the bar. After about 10 mins the front office woman came in and said she could get us a drink as long as it was already premade. We told her we’d wait f

Our stay was really wonderful! 2 nights was perfect to explore Roxbury and neighboring towns. Two employees really stood out: Kim and Amy. First, Kim offered a lot of help before and during our stay. She recommended places to eat and visit which ended up working out beautifully for us. Amy was also very kind and accommodating when checking out the Stratton Falls location. We will definitely be back!
