The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park

We had an exceptional two-night stay at the Ritz Carlton, New York, Central Park.||||We booked a deluxe guest room on the 17th floor with two double beds and an interior view. ||||The room also had club lounge access, which we thoroughly enjoyed.||||From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional.|||| Upon arrival, a friendly staff member provided us with all the necessary information and informed us about the club lounge food presentation offering. ||||He was incredibly helpful and attentive.||||Upon entering our room, we were amazed by the spaciousness and comfort. ||||The room had everything we needed for a perfect stay, including comfortable beds, a gorgeous bathroom with a tub and shower, and a cozy sitting area to relax and enjoy the view. ||||We had two large windows that off

We spent Christmas at The Ritz-Carlton and it was honestly such a great experience for our family.||What really made our stay special was how kind everyone was to our son. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and celebrated during the holidays. Those little touches didn't go unnoticed - they really made the trip memorable for all of us.||Everyone we encountered was friendly and attentive. You could tell the team genuinely cares about making guests feel at home, especially during the holiday season.||Big thanks to Tina and the rest of the staff for making our Christmas so special. We left with some really wonderful memories and can't wait to come back.

We stayed here in December for my Mom's birthday and it was another lovely stay. I am not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but we had great service. Does the hotel have a huge lobby..no but go in most NYC hotels and they do not have huge lobbies, with the exception of The Plaza, Waldorf, orThe Peninsula. They were very accommodating in getting us Reservations for my Mom's birthday. We love sitting in the restaurant with the tree having a drink. We were able to check in early and not to mention Christmas is NYC's very busy time. We stay at this hotel a few times a year and the staff always is great to us!

Great location and staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. We book through the Amex Fine Hotel collection, we didn't receive a room upgrade which was a little disappointing but the room was still very nice and spacious for a New York Hotel. Pro Tip: Try the corn nuts while getting a beverage in their lobby lounge, so good.

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location.
