We stayed at Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel- Dana Point recently to celebrate my wife's birthday. As expected with Ritz Carlton, the service, professionalism, and friendliness of the entire staff was phenomenal, but this team exceeded expectations. Our room with the balcony overlooking the Pacific had incredible views. We greatly enjoyed our walks down to the ocean each day and the beautiful surroundings. The dining throughout was great, and we ate at Raya on for her birthday evening. We also got some fabulous sunset photos that made the evening even more special. Lastly, we really enjoyed the club. The team working there and the other guests were great and Jenny, who was one of the managers, felt like an old friend by the time we departed. We had a truly memorable stay.

Located perched dramatically atop a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel is the quintessential Southern California luxury resort experience. From the moment you arrive, the breathtaking panoramic views of Salt Creek Beach and endless ocean horizons set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The property itself feels like a luxurious coastal sanctuary — manicured grounds, elegant public spaces, and modern guest rooms that emphasize comfort and style. Many rooms and suites offer sweeping ocean views and furnished balconies, inviting guests to soak in California’s legendary sunsets right from their private space. The interior design strikes a balance between refined and relaxed, although some reviewers note that certain areas could benefit from a contempora

10 out of 10. This hotel doesn't disappoint. Amazing scenery. Highest quality accommodations. Anyone that even remotely gripes about this hotel is either lying or deluded. The staff is top notch. The food is delicious. They cater to your every whim. The fitness room is one of the best of any hotel I have ever experienced (and I go to many such gyms). I don't have a single quibble and I just spent 5 days here. Special shout out to the valets and luggage storage staff who were very kind in allowing me to store and set up my road bike in their area. |I would also acknowledge the restaurant staff who quickly brought me a new plate of eggs benedict when my first offering did not have the runny eggs I asked for. No muss; no fuss.|Yes, this is not a cheap hotel. But the value for money i

This place is nice of course. Went up there for the night. The rooms are all plush and the views are great. We stayed in a room with a balcony and left the windows open all night and could hear the beach, it was awesome. The staff was the usual, extremely helpful. The best part is that you can wake up in the morning and go for a walk down to the beach with a cup of coffee. Its very relaxing and the coffee is some of the best we ever had.

Stayed here 5 nights for an ocean-front getaway in October. Loved the location, clifftop with amazing ocean views, BUT there were so few places to enjoy the view unless you were eating at the restaurant or at the bar outside. I thought that was the biggest drawback. There was no seating on the lawn along the cliff or places inside the hotel to enjoy that view unless you paid for an ocean front room. The entire lower level looking out to the ocean was conference and meeting rooms - wasted space when there's no conference going on and guests can't use them. Lovely pool area, but service there was very slow. Had a great experience with the adventure center staff though, we did a kayak tour and enjoyed the naturalist talk at happy hour, those were great. I did morning yoga a couple days out on
