Best Western Plus Dana Point Inn-by-the-Sea

The main guy at the counter is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with his level of service. Rooms are clean and the parking convenient..only for small cars though so be aware. A walk away from the beach with an amazing view from anywhere on site. Love the stay so far!!

Everyone that works here was so nice. The hotel is in a perfect location. Stayed here for 3 nights and not one problem with anything. I highly recommend staying here. This is our go to hotel whenever we come back. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I didn’t expect a 5 star luxury hotel. I did expect something that at least resembles the pictures and description. We checked in and our room was on the first floor right across from the office where they have their outdoor omelette kitchen on Sundays. It started at 7 AM. We asked for a different room but was told they are all booked up. ||The room size was ok. But no bells or whistles at all. No reading lamps by the beds. You had to leave the overhead can lights on. The bed was an adventure. When my husband and I were both on it the sides sunk down and the middle popped up. When I rolled over on my side I almost rolled right out. The pillows were extra firm meaning hard. ||Let’s talk about the toilet and shower. I could spread my arm out and hit the walls. To close the door I had to sit

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is good. But it was not clean (dust and dirt on most surfaces) the beds were very uncomfortable, the shower was broken and our AC didn’t work (they did give us a fan).
