The Residency Suites - Sugar Land

The location is very nice everything you need is at walking distance. Price is very reasonable the staff was very nice They listened to your concerns . Overall very nice experience room has all the amenities you need Staying with kids was no problem

We were traveling with my sister and brother-in-law and this was the only hotel we could find that has 2 bedroom 2 bath suites. This hotel is way past its prime and needs a major remodel. Since we make frequent trips to visit our mom, we were really hoping this would be a great place to stay but it isn't. I understand Marriott is letting a lot of their properties get run down.

Terrible customer service experience. The hotel cancelled my booking without letting me know, and my party arrived and were told we have no room because rooms were no longer available. The woman I spoke with said they had tried multiple times to reach me but I had zero calls and zero emails from the hotel and booking agency. There was no accountability, no apology, no options to accommodate their mistake or use our money as credit towards accommodation. Then after speaking with the agency I called back the hotel to ask for proof of cancellation and my number was BLOCKED, my calls were instantly dropped. The other people in my party called back and were hung up on mid conversation. It was a HORRIBLE experience scrambling last minute to find accommodations for everyone. Thankfully my booking

Absolute craphole....couldn't sleep from the floor being bleached with some kinda bleach pine sol mix. There were bugs. I had to air the place out with the bathroom fan and stove fan for 4 hours before I could breathe.

It has been SEVERAL times I’ve booked & stayed over now & I can confidently say The Residency Suites are the best!!! I’m grateful. Staff are very professional, kind, responsive, rooms are clean and everything meets the needs. I have zero complaints about this place. Thank you!
