Best Western Sugarland Inn

I am currently staying here for work, and they are very nice and kind to me. They’ve taken excellent care of me, and the rooms are very clean. When I first arrived, I was worried, but Shawn showed me a room and explained that they just remodeled it. I’m staying here for six months and could choose any hotel, but I will continue to stay at the Best Western Plus here in Sugar Land.

Rooms were super clean and beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. Lots of food and drinks to choose from.

Positive: Convenient and clean Negative: My room was next to a meeting room and they were loud too early in the morning

Arriving May 12, 2024 (about 4ish pm) I noticed a young man sitting by the Front Entrance so I parked outside of the Veranda. I acknowledged the young adult and proceeded in to check costs and availability. The young Lady provided all and I started to check the room. I noticed another car entering the Entrance area and I decided to move my vehicle. As I headed past the desk the young asked where I was going and I provided “to move Trk)….Surprisingly she said not to do that and the Marine/Roughneck living inside of me started to answer and I stopped me/him to provide instead “there is a Lady in the other car and they may need to move their car” mine complicating the drive thru.||||I didn’t think much about this until 9:00 pm when my truck parked across the Parking Lots farthest (fm my

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and you could smell it when you walk in the front door, and your room. The rooms are fresh and the whole hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful
