The property is new and it's fresh, contemporary, and full of fantastic design elements. Room was very comfortable and I appreciated the steamer instead of ironing board. The hallways are light and bright--such a nice departure from all the dark and dreary hallways out there. The signature restaurant has an indoor/outdoor design with a gorgeous terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking Scottsdale's entertainment district and the mountains beyond. And even the breakfast/lunch spot, which is a modern take on a 1950s diner, had amazing food and a great vibe. Also, the service was impeccable throughout the hotel. Stayed here multiple times and had great experiences both times! If you need your rest, ask for a quieter room upon check in. The F-Sixteen diner has wonderful staff and great selection of food. Pool area is wonderful and there are several bars throughout the property. Kouboi Restaurant is expensive, however you will be glad you ate there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You are within walking distance of some wonderful shopping and good walking paths along the canal.

Stayed Saturday to Thursday. Had a great stay. Rooftop bar and pool is excellent. Short walk to Old Town Scottsdale and the Giants spring training. It was loud Saturday night. After 2 am it was very quiet and quiet in the morning. The rest of the stay it was quite. This place was super fun Saturday night! Definitely felt like the place to be.

Impeccable hotel. As a designer, I am relatively picky but the designers of this hotel crushed it. Service is great, location is central, beds are comfortable and rooms are very well done. There are thoughtful parts too--sound machine helps drown out the noise from the night life, and the hotel smells fresh without being overbearing. Lighting in evening exudes a sophisticated night vibe. The common spaces are stylish and warm--the terrace is a beautiful space to enjoy, and loved the diner on level 1. All class. Kudos to everyone who had a part in this hotel--we will be back.

This is a great, new hotel (July 2025 I think) that is really thoughtfully designed and in an ideal location for exploring Old Town. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. The sunset views there were stunning. This was a couples getaway for us without our kiddos and this hotel fit the bill perfectly for that. It comes across as very high end and with sophisticated design elements. My wife says modern and chic without feeling tacky. Every space in the hotel seems well though out and purposeful, whether it be the little gathering places throughout the lobby or the rooftop seating arrangements around the pool and adjacent rooftop bar.
