Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Salt River

Nice hotel to stay at in the Scottsdale area. Not much right around it but close to highway and old town. Starting to feel a touch dated but everything was clean, pool area, common areas and gym were good. The standout was definitely the staff at the Bistro which was better than expected. Staff was very friendly and knew the repeat clients.

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Salt River was absolutely wonderful. The location could not have been better—perfectly situated near shopping, dining, and many local attractions, making it incredibly convenient to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer.||The hotel was impressively clean and well maintained throughout our stay. From the rooms to the common areas, cleanliness was clearly a top priority and it made us feel very comfortable.||We booked two rooms and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for connecting rooms, which made traveling with our family so much easier. Positive: Cleanliness and pet free rooms. Friendly professionalism of the staff Negative: Having prepaid for my room, I was told that my credit card would only be charged for incidentals. Upon checking my credit card account later, I noticed that I was charged $20 with no explanations.

We recently held a celebration of life for my husband and were so impressed with the banquet facilities at Courtyard Salt River.||Maryanne in sales was amazing to work with and helped us every step of the way, from choosing the space and coordinating details, to selecting food options that worked well for our guests. ||When we arrived, the event room was perfect! It was spacious and beautiful! The AV set up was ready and we were able to easily run a photo slide show, which meant a lot to our family.||The customer service was outstanding! Mikayla, Zsuzanna & Lisa were all wonderful! They were friendly, attentive and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.||Great food, a lovely banquet space , and kind, professional service throughout! We stayed for AmFest 2025 + we will most definitely be back. We had zero issues. Service was amazing. Rooms were amazing. Location was about 25 min by car. The views to our hotel were so beautiful. All around amazing stay. I want to call out one staff member in particular Alexia. She is so kind and made sure we were taken care of. She is very good at communicating and making sure to solve any issues if they arise. Her kindness is one of the main reasons we will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The entire staff was wonderful. Highly recommend if you are considering booking.
