Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town

We had a fantastic experience here. The hotel is almost brand new so everything was clean, modern, and presented nicely. The pool and bar were highlights for us; seeking sun where there is none this time of year back home. I want to especially shout out Lead Sales Rep, Tiffany Nguyen, who made my wife feel seen and special on her birthday.

Had a great stay at this hotel in Scottsdale. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do, which made getting around really convenient. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable during our visit. The rooms were clean and a good size. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room, which didn’t work very well. Still, a good experience overall thanks to the amazing location and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

I have never had two people behind a bar (Alma, she clearly spelled out for me, thank you Alma for treating me as if I can't spell -Or- understand Spelling phonics, she found it humorous..... I DID NOT) and Zylo, coming to her defense for me simply wanting a pen (whom I also overhead apologizing to another patron about overcharging them $275) What? Zylo.... to be so Cavalier and disrespectful. Wow. They instantly took our 5 star experience to a two star I'm not sure if they thought I had Been drinking? I hadn't . My husband and I have two sons both engineers and I was mortified by Alma and Zylos blatant disrespect. All I asked for was a "felt tip" pen because the ballpoint pen wasn't working in the heat. Had a nice one night stay at the Canopy in Old Town Scottsdale. Rooms were clean, modern and had nice amenities in the bathroom as well as a in room coffee machine. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. They have a nice lobby with a restaurant where our friends enjoyed breakfast. We also had drinks on the rooftop and ended up reserving a cabana so that we could enjoy the view, pool and the hot tub. First time staying at a Canopy and the Scottsdale Old Town did not disappoint!
