Customer Reviews
Very beautiful hotel with incredible desert scenery. The territory is large and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful. It feels peaceful and luxurious at the same time. I really enjoyed staying here. Spoiling my self for International Womans Day! Would love to come back. And love the new portable chargers available at the pool since we forgot ours at home.
I recently stayed at the hotel and had a really positive experience. From the moment I arrived, check-in was smooth and welcoming. What stood out most during my stay was Sara, who took care of my room. She came twice a day and did an exceptional job. She was incredibly kind, organized, and thoughtful. She didn’t just clean the room - she paid attention to the little things. She neatly organized my belongings, kept everything spotless, and was very respectful of my space. I noticed that she would wait until I stepped out before coming in to service the room, which I really appreciated. Her professionalism and warmth made a real impression on me and made the stay feel comfortable and cared for. I also ordered breakfast both mornings I was there, and Jordyn was fantastic. She was courteous,
Truly a 5-star property all around. We stayed two nights close to Christmas and experienced a water outage on the first night, but the resort took excellent care of us—fairly compensating the night, resort fee, and parking, and providing a generous breakfast credit. Service was top-notch throughout. The pool view room offered beautiful views. We would absolutely recommend this resort.
Friendly staff, incredible views, plenty to do. We ate at every restaurant and market they had, it was all good. You could come and never leave the resort really. There’s a hike within walking distance, Camels-back that allows a panoramic view of the city. The rooms were immaculate, the spa did wonderful work and overall we had a lovely stay here. There’s pools, tennis courts, an athletic center, golf course, pickleball courts, a waterslide and many options for lodging.
My wife and I stayed 4 nights here, and loved everything about it! The room was amazing- spacious and clean! The lobby lounge was a great spot at night/late afternoon! The food and drinks were amazing, and the staff was outstanding! The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking! The golf course, tennis and workout facility, as well as the pools, were all beautiful! This was probably the nicest resort my wife and I have stayed at. Would highly recommend it - worth the money! We will be back.
