The Redlands Hotel

We were at this facility to dine at the resturant located on the ground floor. The Queen Street Grill which is a really good place to eat. The food is outstanding and their service has always been top notch. I recommend this restaurant highly it is just slightly below the best restutants in Tyler, Jacksonville or the East Texas area

A GEM of this town We came here to eat and listen to the music on Saturday. I was on a girls trip and our train rides were canceled for the Spooky tour. Met the owner and she was accommodating that we still wanted to dress up, shared the history of the hotel too. Food was fabulous, atmosphere was fantastic and all staff , esp the bubbly Riley who greeted us were friendly and professional! Definitely staying here soon

I was happy to find this hotel as it wasn't on booking with all the other regular hotels. What a find Jean, Terry, Betty and all the staff were super welcoming. I couldn't have picked a better spot. It's a really cool historic building with a cool vibe.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Palestine, Texas. This hotel immediately surrounds you with the peace and calm of days gone by. With a pleasant and personable "Welcome" from the Owner or one of her gracious staff, you immediately feel a home. Each room is a 'One of a Kind' with the proprietor's own personal touches of perfection surrounding you as you enter. The room decor combined with a hint of vintage essence calmly takes you back to your grand parents house. BONUS - We traveled to Palestine for a Train Trip and got rewarded by being served one of the best Steaks ever at the hotel's own Queen Street Grille - Perfect. A stay at The Redlands never disappoints! Our family has made this a holiday tradition during Christmas and each year it is more memorable thanks to warmth of The Redlands Hotel. The owners and staff hit it out of the park! I highly recommend booking a stay!
