Just an average hotel. Bathroom was spotless, as well as the bedding, so huge plus. Breakfast was pretty bad for LaQuinta brand, so a little disappointing. Staff was very attentive, no complaints. A smoke detector was beeping loudly outside of our room around 11pm and it got fixed promptly so we could sleep, that was impressive. Overall, it was fine, no bells and whistles, but clean.

Paula was extremely helpful. She helped my mom get here with directions and was very patient and kind. The hotel itself is very well appointed , and she pointed out every amenity to us so we have opportunity to take advantage of the fully decked out area for the awesome breakfast area before leaving out. Stopped for directions and ended up staying because of Paula. Glad we did.

Positive: Room was exactly what you'd expect for 2.5 stars. Clean, simple and comfortable. Negative: Nothing.

I had a great stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Palestine, Texas. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was exactly as expected. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I also appreciated the convenient location — close to restaurants and easy to get to. Breakfast was a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. Overall, this was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Palestine area.
