Absolutely wonderful experience! Kazi was an excellent waiter - he was incredibly kind and attentive. It was a busy afternoon so we waited longer than expected for the food and to be cashed out, but not terribly long - and better than feeling rushed. The tea and food was delicious - and of course, the ambiance was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend this to others to celebrate a special occasion!
It was fantastic, but very overpriced. People coming to the rooms nonstop could be annoying too. The maid was ready for us to check out last day, so we felt rushed. Staff was accommodating except one worker at Palm. You had a new years day brunch and we needed to eat breakfast. He said restaurant was closed and it was not. I pushed the issue as I didn't want to pay $200 for a buffet to eat $10 worth of food. He let us in but that felt rushed too. You need to accommodate guests for sure.
Tea at The Plaza was a memorable experience. Our server, Shalim, was prompt, attentive, and wonderfully informative. My fiancé and I ordered the Central Park and the Signature services, and I’d recommend choosing different options at the table to enjoy the full variety.||The venue is iconic, the atmosphere relaxed, and the noise level comfortably conversational. The food was excellent—savory bites and scones were standouts—and the pastries were so generous we couldn’t finish them.||If you’re in New York and want a classic, quintessential experience, choose Tea at The Plaza. Absolutely worth the splurge.
Iconic place of New York, you can just visit it like a museum, there are two shops one for "Home alone" with Heroes clothes that you can buy, and another for all who adores books "Éloïse at Plaza Hotel" a great children's book, about a naugty girl who livde in this hotel, you can buy souvenirs, and there's her post box with all people around the world who are writing to Éloïse!!! I adored it!!!!
The Plaza is where classic New York elegance meets timeless luxury. It is located at the corner of Central Park and 5th Avenue, in the very heart of Manhattan, it is the perfect address for shopping &culture.|The hotel offers a wide range of rooms, from elegant Deluxe Rooms to exclusive suites with Central Park views. |We stayed in the Penthouse One Bedroom Suite King with a Christmas tree, which spans two levels, features a private terrace, and feels like a true private residence with generous space and a high level of comfort. At the same time, we would gently note that, considering the prestige of this category, more attention to room cleanliness would be appreciated — for example, the room was not vacuumed even once during our entire week-long stay. On the other hand, room service was
