On the final day of our stay, after a long three day festival weekend, the water in our room shut off in the middle of my shower in the morning. We were not notified of any planned disruption at check in, nor was there any notice in our room. When my husband spoke with the front desk, he was told guests had been informed on check-in, unfortunately, we were not. We ended up using bottled water we had purchased to rinse the remaining shampoo out of my hair. This was not a great way to end our weekend, and clearer communication would have been appreciated.

Positive: -The rooms are perfect with a small kitchen. - You don?t have to wait for an elevator because the hotel is just the right size. Negative: -Breakfast needs more variety -Breakfast can be unsanitary especially getting bread for toast

I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they clean your room every other day. I found out about this when I noticed housekeeping didn’t come. U stayed 5 days. The front desk told me it’s every other day. So the day they were supposed to come we were in our room until 10:30 in the morning. I put the little sign on the door do not disturb. When I left at 10:30 and came back at 4:30 in the afternoon, the room was not touched. Trash was overflowing And no clean towels. I was able to get some at the front desk to get more towels the next day, I was able to catch housekeeping, not a word of English to empty the trash in the room and get more towels. The beds were never made. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where housekeeping is every other day. That should’ve been told to me when I checked in at the fro

The room we got was a mini-suite, but it’s smaller than what you would expect. It was clean when we checked in. Somehow many wall outlets didn’t work at all. Not sure there was even wiring behind them. The breakfast was very sad, with extremely limited choices. When they ran out of bananas, they removed the banana bin the next day(which was a Saturday) instead of getting more bananas. There was one lady making eggs for ALL the guests all by herself, and she was also supposed to bake muffins. We were there for three nights. When I went down for breakfast, that lady was always cooking eggs, two pans at the same time, NON-STOP!! The plates were dessert plates— and there were two ladies in charge of refilling the yogurt cart and plates and utensils, and they were super busy too—— no wonderin

It was an alright hotel, it was nice and clean and friendly staff. But the room sizes are small. We stayed for 10 days, and the breakfast only changed 1 time, we are sooo turned away from omelets now. It’s omelets, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and a lot of bread. No waffle maker, no sausages, no pancakes, no bacon, they ran outta some oatmeal and didn't have any to restock.… breakfast got very old and borning quickly. It is a dog friendly we stayed on the 3rd floor and woke up everyday around 6am to a husky dog barking in the hallway.. they also charge you $14 a day for parking which sucks. They only clean the rooms every other day, but we went 3 days without it being cleaned and had to ask for it to be cleaned. It’s in a nice location, but for a 3 star hotel I would only stay here for 3 days a
