Our stay here was wonderful!! We had to add an extra day due to a blizzard 🥶 and the staff were accommodating and helpful making sure we were covered. The front desk was respectful helpful and a joy to interact with. We had a cake for a birthday and they supplied us with bowls/plates/utensils and matches. Our room had both a shower and big bathtub which was wonderful on our snow day!! Beds were comfortable and blackout curtains helped keep light out to allow us to sleep in on mornings where we had a late night. Breakfast and a wine hour are included in the hotel price. We didn't use the breakfast bar but it included eggs, pastries, banana/apples juices. In the evening there is free wine from 5-6 (selection of 1 white and 1 red)

Positive: One block off Time Square main drag. One block to Red 1 Subway Downtown South Ferry. Just a 5 minute walk to Rockefeller Center. Great continental breakfast, will save you $50 a day, fast, spacious elevators, helpful staff, wonderful comfy beds. Negative: Do not expect to check in early before 2:00 pm. Very popular hotel but they will check your bags and let you clean up to go out day you arrive. Room had a small water leak in ceiling, was no ones fault. TV in room was a little small but I am reaching.

From the warm, friendly reception I received upon walking through the door, my experience at The Pearl Hotel was exceptional in every way. Every employee was a consummate professional as well as being genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. To a person, all of the staff seemed so happy to be working there and did everything to make my stay easy and comfortable. My room was spacious and beautiful with every amenity imaginable. It was immaculately clean with plenty of towels. The huge rainfall shower made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise under a waterfall. I loved that my room overlooked a gorgeous cathedral. The room darkening shades are so efficient that they let no city lights in and I slept luxuriously much later than usual. To all the amazing staff: Thank

If I Could Give Zero, I Would I am not someone who normally writes negative reviews — in fact, this is my first 1-star review ever. But our experience at The Pearl last week was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I stayed there with my mom and my two sisters. On our last night, at 11:00 PM, while all four of us were asleep, a male staff member entered our room without permission. We were startled awake to find a stranger inside. He claimed it was a “mistake” and that he was supposed to be delivering toilet paper to a different room. Mistake or not, there is absolutely no scenario where a staff member should be entering an occupied room at 11 PM without announcing themselves, or verifying the room number. It was invasive, frightening, and completely unacceptable. What

The front desk team was so friendly and very helpful for our first visit to NYC. We arrived a little early and needed to get in our room to get ready for an afternoon show, early check in was much appreciated!! The room was very clean, beds were comfy, the refrigerator was nice to have for all the bakery items we picked up during the day. The free breakfast provided options on the go; boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc. There was coffee provided all day,and wine in the evening. The location was perfect; it was close to all the main attractions, yet on a quiet street. It was extremely easy getting out of the city once the valet brought our car. If we return to NYC, we will definitely stay at The Pearl again❤️
