A lovely place to enjoy a vacation. There are multiple rooms, 3 in ours. Though the Murphy bed could definitely be more comfortable, I definitely appreciated having a bed to sleep on as opposed to a floor. The whole area is gated and very quiet and peaceful. The heated pool and hot tub were also a very short walk and very enjoyable. And I very much appreciated being able to park in a garage. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay, far superior to any hotel. If you want to go to SoCal, but avoid LAX, it's a solid option. You'll have to drive a couple hours to get to the big theme parks, but it's worth it to have a peaceful place to sleep.

Oasis Resort, shall from this day going forward, be my 'Go-To' spot for Palm Springs vacations! The Resort is fabulous - clean, excellent amenities (kid-friendly), helpful staff, great location, laid-back atmosphere and very reasonable prices. ||My 6-year old daughter and I stayed here 2 nights in early January in a 1-bdrm Condo. I really had no concerns or issues! My daughter especially loved all the pools (never busy) and the little snack stand in the Clubhouse. Cannot wait to visit again!

Positive: Beautiful Mountain Views. Best bed I?ve slept on. Kitchen well stocked. Extra towels. Negative: Lack of shops and restaurants from this location. Had to drive.

They deactivated our key cards a day early without telling us. We came home in the evening to find ourselves locked out (all 3 key cards deactivated). I called front desk. Explained they'd locked us out of our villa. Was expecting, "oh I'm so sorry, someone must have entered the wrong departure date for you; let me send someone with working key cards right away to get you in." Instead the front desk lady's response was "No we didn't do that" (complete denial of responsibility) and then "Did you have the card next to your phone?" (no - all 3 key cards were deactivated, none of which were near phones, all of which were in different locations) and then "No, no one can come help you, the only option is for you to come to the front desk." It is 9:30pm at night, I am 9 months pregnant, our villa

The pictures are misleading. All rooms have Murphy Beds which make squeaky loud noises any time you move. The bed sets low to the floor. You have to maneuver around the table and chairs if you choose to leave the bed down, which we did. ( I was livid and expressed this to the front desk) She was not empathetic, she stated she had not been in any of the rooms. We had to hunt for the bed. I told her it would be helpful to update their website. The bed needs to be pulled from the wall. Needless to say my husband and I were afraid to (use) the bed if you get my drift in fear it would break. So we left it down the whole stay. One of the most important thing for us is a compfortable bed.If you move the table for more room you bump into the ceiling lamp. Overall the location is paramount from
