The Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel thanks to sofiia. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She helped me with everything I needed and made sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Sophia truly goes above and beyond for guests. Her friendly attitude, patience, and excellent service made a big difference in my visit. She is an amazing person and a great example of outstanding customer service. Great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Beautiful hotel and right beside the Incline Railcar to make it super easy and fast to get down to Table Rock and the Falls. Hotel is decent and very clean. Staff is helpful and amazing. Worth the stay at this 3 star hotel. Just be sure to bring your own slippers to avoid having to walk on the carpeted floor. Also if you're a robe person bring your own as well. All in all worth the fact close to the Casino and lots of things to do and eat. Really good fallsview as well.

Stayed in the King Premium Suite (20th floor, Room 2017) and the view was absolutely incredible — the main reason we booked, and it did not disappoint. The furniture is a bit dated, but we came for the view and it was worth it. They allowed early check-in since our room was ready, which we appreciated. We also received restaurant vouchers, which was a nice touch. Great location — 2-minute walk to the incline railway and easy access to public transportation. Parking at the hotel is $50, but there are cheaper options nearby. Sharing a video of the room and view!

Came the weekend of January 16-19th for a birthday celebration. As always like before Niagara Falls and The Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls is our go to place. Always has going back many years now. Our suite up on the 20th floor is always our favorite. The Front Desk and everyone there is exceptional. Customer Relations is everything. Thank you for the B Day wishes. Much appreciated.
