Three day stay. From start to finish the service was polite patient and on top of everything Early check-in was ready the moment we arrived We ordered coffee every morning arrived precisely on time. The room was a bit small but the bathroom was spacious and it was great for three days. Clean clean clean and the room was serviced immediately. From 25th floor and elevator system is excellent. Pets are allowed and the lobby bar area is very comfortable. It was a relaxed environment not a crazy NYC hotel experience and in a beautiful neighborhood on Madison Park. Lots of construction around but it’s all over NYC we heard no noise and the hotel is an oasis once inside. Very accesible to many places to eat, walk, hang out. We felt a true vacation vibe. We had an exceptional visit for my wife’s 30th birthday. I messaged ahead with special requests that were exceeded. I only asked for a bottle of wine and they brought balloons, a beautiful script handwritten card, and a cake. We received a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful view of the city. The location was unbeatable for all that we were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

I had a fantastic day at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The doormen were brilliant—courteous, helpful, and truly professional from the moment we arrived. They helped us daily with hailing cabs, directions and keeping us safe. The hotel smells amazing, the rooms are very clean, and the turndown service was excellent. Absolutely no complaints at all. Location is brilliant, near everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody and will definitely be visiting the other hotels in the group around the world.
