The Moore

I stayed at The Moore with my boyfriend for our week long trip & we’d definitely stay at this hotel again! The service was literally the best part, the front desk staff greeted us nicely every morning and night. We got a $40 credit per day being there for the cafe so free pastries and coffee which was so nice. The hotel rooms were sort of small but we managed. Definitely recommend this spot.

What a way to start 2026. This boutique hotel absolutely nails the balance between style, service, and genuine hospitality. The staff are young, energetic, and exceptionally well trained—and it shows. Every interaction carried that rare “I truly love my job” energy that can’t be faked and makes a stay memorable. The rooms are spectacular—thoughtfully designed, beautifully finished, and a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. I also appreciated the sense of security: the building locks overnight, yet there’s always an attentive staff member on duty, which adds both comfort and peace of mind. This hotel have great location and the staffs services also amazing.

This is the second time that we have stayed at The Moore, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is extremely friendly, and the accommodations are fantastic. I love the neighborhood, and its proximity to many popular places. We also discovered a few good restaurants near by which made our stay even better.

The Moore Hotel was exactly what we were looking for in our visit to NYC. The location is perfect. We walked to Madison Square Garden, Time Square, and Central Park. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. The overall design of the hotel is timeless and elegant. We especially appreciated the bathroom heated floors and the poker chips spoke to me personally. The staff was gracious and accommodating. Special shout out to the young lady working behind the desk who took our photo before our night out. Our home away from home. Congrats to the owners of this property, a true gem!
