The Marlton Hotel

Wow!!!! I’ve found my place 🥰🤩 Charming, lovely, all the vibes, attention to detail. Will not stay elsewhere on future trips to Manhattan. From the attentive yet easy going staff to the delicious complimentary full breakfast, the comfort of the room/bed to the great location, I’ve become a forever fan. Five ⭐️ and then some. Thank you for making our stay so special. The chilled rosé waiting in the room ( my husband’s 75 th birthday) was the cherry on top!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The vibe was festive. The hotel felt cozy with Holiday garlands sparkling. My room was lovely with an L shaped entrance and a gorgeous large in the bathroom bath tub and a view of 8th street. The complimentary breakfast while reading The NY Times was delightful. We love the location, and the staff were helpful enough. I did call ahead to see if they had a concierge, which they don't, however the person on the phone asked what they could do for me. I wanted help getting reservation but they said they don't do that. Our room was ready an hour than it was supposed to and they reached out to us. I am not sure what is happening in the lobby but it is a hot spot! There are people there at all hours of the day working and relaxing and enjoying themselves. It was pretty cool but we were so busy we didn't get to partake. The doorman was very helpful with our bags when we arrived. The rooms are small but most NYC rooms are. We didn't have much of a concern with the space. We were visiting for my wife's birthday and there was a complimentary bottle

The Marlton Hotel was the perfect stay for a girls trip to the city with my mom! The rooms were cute, beds comfortable and location was so perfect. We were walking distance from all of the friends we wanted to see and restaurants we wanted to try! It was also the perfect cozy location for meeting for drinks in the fireplace lounge, and enjoying the breakfast included with our stay. The premium coffee and orange juice were a plus! Also, the front desk arranged our car to the airport and took care of all of our needs throughout our stay. Would recommend for an easy and enjoyable stay!

Convenient location away from the crazy hustle/bustle. Good - comfy bed and pillows, scenic bar and restaurant. Nice that the staff come and give you tap water if you’re working in the lobby. Room to improve - personal preference but didn’t enjoy how cramped the hotel felt. Steep narrow steps to get into the hotel + steep narrow stairwell to the rooms. Not suitable for buggies or children or any mobility issues. Had to wipe down my shower head myself to remove the limescale build up. Room very small but cosy bed made up for it. Staff on front desk helpful. Service at breakfast hit and miss, coffee was consistently made incorrectly.
