Michael in Reception & the whole crew are the best! Thanks for helping to find my Apple delivery! Apple screwed up - but you all didnt! These people really know how to make a guest welcome! BTW, replace the coffee / cappuccino machine - dont ditch it! It'd be nice to have some coffee/espresso in the lobby. Tks for all the greathelp!

While the majority of our stay here was wonderful, the level of service and the condition of our accomodations were less than I would expect from one of the top resorts in the country. We requested an early check in on the Friday of our arrival. While I understand that early check in is not a guarantee, when we stopped in to the main office (staying at the lodge) they told us that our room was ready. We arrived at the lodge and was told that the housekeeping staff was currently in the room cleaning it, so we decided to wait. An hour and a half later, the room still was not ready. I am assuming that it doesn't take an hour and a half to turn a room around, so I can only guess that telling us that someone was in the room was a lie. Denied service due to having a service animal. Completely discriminating and unacceptable they should train their manager on ADA compliance

Old Edwards Inn was THE best vacation that I have had in years!!!! The setting and location is outstanding and the customer service is impeccable!!!! I recommend everyone to visit this slice of heaven, at least once... You will return. I know that I will, many times over!!!

Great experience every time we visit. Such a peaceful place to spend our downtime.
