Highlands Hidden Creek RV Resort

Small high quality RV park. It’s only a few blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants. Grocery store and other stores are very close. Performing Arts center is one block away. The host was very accommodating as we arrived a day early for our stay. I would highly recommend.

Hidden Creek RV Resort is such a nice little place to bring your motorhomes. It’s so close to downtown highlands. Walking distance to the recreational center. Very quiet atmosphere with nice laundry and bathhouse access. We went during the fall and the weather and ambiance with the fireplace was perfect!

I can confidently say that we've never camped at a place like this! Pricey when compared to a typical campsite in a park - but not really - considering the context of Highlands, NC. For sure this is a resort-caliber establishment delivering both the vibe and amenities. If you need to camp in the Highlands, NC area, you can do no better than Highlands Hidden Creek!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and in fact added a few days on the end because we had such a nice time. The owners and the park manager were wonderful to deal with and made our schedules work. We felt like family. The location to town cannot be beat which is a 4 or 5 minute walk. We did not even take a car, only bikes and never needed any other transportation. The resort is small and private which we enjoyed and has a nice creek in the back. (Don’t forget to feed the fish!) If you want to go to the mountains, Highlands Hidden Creek RV Resort is a perfect place to visit in the highest township east of the Mississippi!

This place is beautiful. Well maintained, excellent facilities. The owners are kind and helpful. Highly advised booking online and just show up and park where the online reservation tells you. The only thing I would say is the numbers for the spots are really tiny at the entrance of each of the driveways. I love Highlands and now I have a perfect retreat to come stay in Highlands. Look forward to many more trips up here.
