My wife and I stayed 7 nights at The Little Nell in the Benedict Suite and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality felt genuine and effortless. Concierge handled everything with ease—reservations, timing, recommendations, logistics—always responsive and proactive. Valet was consistently quick, organized, and friendly. Housekeeping/turndown was immaculate with great attention to detail, and the entire team made us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing. The staff at The Little Nell went above and beyond to make this trip special for my son who just completed chemotherapy. From the front desk to the concierge team (and everyone in between) they always knew us by name and looked for every opportunity to upgrade our experience. Both my sons (ages 8 and 10) declared this the best hotel ever and they want to come back for a much longer stay. They absolutely provided 5 star service and we felt very welcomed and pampered the entire time. We love The Little Nell!!

The location has been amazing. The service has been pretty awful besides the valet team. We tried to sit at lounge before we had dinner. As soon as we sat down someone came and told us it was reserved at a first come first serve area. This happened twice. We stayed here for the little Nell experience and never could order the hot chocolate. We tried to sit at Ajax twice during our stay and was told they couldn’t serve us even though we found an empty table and said they were closing at 4pm. We should up a few minutes before and even offered to check out immediately so we could order the fries and a drink. Overall very underwhelmed and bummed we didn’t get the 5 star experience we had expected. Overall for what we spent was not worth the stay. Will try another location next time.

The Little Nell Team is what truly makes the Little Nell a hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, the Little Nell staff greeted us with warm smiles and made check-in effortless. The room was immaculate — crisp sheets, plush pillows, and a lovely city/mountain view with private balcony made opening the curtains each morning a treat. Every amenity we needed was provided, great room technology, a well-stocked minibar, spa-style toiletries, plush robes/towels, fireplace, large table for family game nights/in room dining and most importantly the silence at night allowed us to sleep like babies! Element 47 in room dining was absolutely outstanding — fresh pastries, made-to-order eggs, unbelievable French toast and delicious coffee/latte’s. Ajax tavern kids meals were on point, great fries!
