Customer Reviews
Great value stay. Rooms were good. A few minor issues like small leak from glass shower panel and tap. One usb socket didn't work. Shower was excellent though. Bed was comfortable. Location great for China town & little Italy, attractions like WTC, liberty ferry etc subway not too far B D 7 mins walk. Breakfast options, but 7 mins walk at least. Kore coffee is ready good and less than 5 min walk. Need to pay $150 deposit in case of accident with TV etc had nice view of manhatten bridge from floor 6 (top). small hotel with basics like tea / coffee. Water & vending machine in basement. Good, helpful staff. Canal Street was an interesting and cool location
It was an amazing stay it’s a boutique hotel very cosy in NY China Town and next to the Italian market. Stayed there for 3 days with my wife and daughter and they also liked the way the hotel has been kept it was clean and the staff was very helpful & cooperative. Especially I would like to thank Mr Hafeez Rehman he was very help and is the GM of the hotel. The rooms are far better than any 4 /5 start hotel and the location was also nice.|Also the best thing about the hotel is that they have 24 hour checkin policy if the room is available so they don’t work on this of 3pm checkin policy and it really helped us coz after a long 30hr flight from India we were allowed to checkin to a room at 11am in the morning thanks a lot to Leon staff
Had a great stay in this hotel! The room had a lovely view, and the location is in a great area within Chinatown. Little Italy is within walking distance. Recommended!
Location is awesome—right on Canal St in Chinatown, foot of the Manhattan Bridge, easy walks to Little Italy, LES, SoHo, subways (Canal St station close), and quick to Financial District/Brooklyn. Vibrant spot with endless food options—perfect for downtown NYC exploring. Rooms were a highlight: spacious, clean, modern with comfy beds, nice bathroom, and good views (some bridge/city). Felt fresh and stylish for the price—quiet enough despite the area. Service was solid—friendly staff, smooth check-in, helpful with tips and requests. Great boutique value in a lively neighborhood—would definitely stay again! 4 stars.
We stayed at this hotel from October 22nd to 28th, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was quite spacious; the three of us had two double beds, a wardrobe, where the rese were an iron and and iron board, and several storage spaces. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, we always slept well. From the 6th floor, there was a nice view of the Manhattan Bridge. Clean, with daily towel changes and housekeeping, soaps and slippers also available. The location is strategic, in Chinatown, with several public transportation options within walking distance. In the room we found 4 offered bottles of water, and there is a coffee machine with free capsules, while at -2 level there is a free water dispenser. I would highly recommend this hotel. If I really had to find a flaw, I'd say the
