The Jewel Hotel, New York

We recently stayed at The Jewel facing Rockefeller Center during a three-generation girls’ weekend (myself, my daughter, and my granddaughter), and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The boutique size and perfect location made it easy to walk to the Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Broadway theaters, restaurants, and coffee shops.||What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. From the managers to the service personnel, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Whether offering restaurant recommendations, giving directions, or arranging taxi service, they consistently went above and beyond — often anticipating our needs before we even asked.||Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with amenities

Our stay at The Jewel was exceptional, for the following reasons: 1) Location is amazing, right across from the Rockefeller Centre, but yet the street was not noisy. 2) The rooms were spacious (especially for New York), quiet, and comfortable. 3) The service was fantastic. I planned a surprise for my wife's birthday and they let our friends in our room in advance, called them (without my wife knowing) when we arrived, and provided a personalized note to celebrate! Special thanks to Erick and Leslie for making it all happen. 4) The amenities are great - they have a gym, free guest laundry, and a very comfortable "living room" with 24 hour coffee and room to watch TV, remote work, or visit. 5) The price is very reasonable given all of the above. I would HIGHLY recommend this hot

I cannot say enough great things about The Jewel. The location is amazing! It's a 30 second walk to Rockefeller Center. The entire team at The Jewel was incredibly kind and helpful. The lobby, elevators, hallways, and rooms were clean and welcoming. The bed and pillows were comfy (super important to me)! I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet is was at night too. The Jewel gets 10/10 from me. I will definitely stay there again!

By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I was there from February 1–9 for my birthday, and they made it so special. When I arrived, there was a handwritten, hand drawn birthday card waiting for me, along with treats in the room. Such an incredible surprise! I noticed the corner terrace room was available and asked if we could switch for the views..they immediately made it happen! Every single staff member was kind, helpful, and genuinely AMAZING the entire stay. Best birthday ever. I’ll absolutely be back!
