The Inn at Villanova University

What a delightful time we had at the Inn at Villanova! We were welcomed with a smile from Ryan at check in and he took his time answering all our questions. He was friendly and attentive to us. We wanted to relax a little before our event so we had a drink at the bar and met Patty, a gem! We talked like we knew each other for years! Great conversation. And now a great big shout out to Bruce Mullen and his catering team….Dean, Brie, Amir, Justin, Mel and BJ were all on point with hospitality and made sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous night! I have to give a special thank you to Brie for his patience while preparing everyone’s pasta dishes…. Great smile!!! And also Dean was spot on giving attention to each table! Hats off to Bruce Mullen for defining hospitality in all aspects

Enjoyed a fabulous time with hospitality overflowing from check in with Ryan to conversation with Patty at the bar and then onto a beautiful Aston Martin Group early Christmas party! We were taken care of by Bruce Mullen and team… Dean, Brie, Amir, Justin, Mel and BJ! All demonstrated important hospitality aspects of friendliness, attentive to details, kindness, and most importantly they always SMILED!! We had the most incredible experience at the Inn at Villanova for our wedding. We stayed in the suite, and it was such a joy to wake up early in the morning and share coffee together on the balcony overlooking the gardens. The view was beautiful and gave us such a peaceful start to each day. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our close family also had garden-view rooms, which made the whole weekend feel so special. They also coordinated the distribution of our gift bags seamlessly, which took a huge weight off our shoulders during a very busy weekend. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. I have many family friends who live on the mainline and I typically stay at this hotel when I'm visiting. The property is well maintained, the beds are comfortable, the views from the balcony are very pretty, and the parking is free. The hotel is not walking distance to anything, so plan to bring snacks, or whatever else you think you'll need. There is a little coffee shop but it doesn't have much. Each time I have stayed at this hotel, I have been greeted by very friendly staff except for my last visit. The staff member at the desk was quite rude and short with me during check in. We asked for an extra blanket and she said she would have someone bring it. About an hour and a half later, I went back to the desk to check and the woman at the desk was very rude to me and said "we are still

Nice hotel on lovely grounds, apparently a former estate. Nice than the chain hotels around KOP mall for about the same price. Though it's not walkable to anything. Chacked all the boxes- light power and tables on both side of the king bed. I did notice that the two queen rooms has these only in the middle.
