The Inn At Turning Stone

This hotel is always a great place to stay! The staff is always beyond friendly and helpful. The beds are honestly the best mattress I’ve ever slept on and I get the best sleep when I’m here. The tub is a great size and the water pressure in the shower is phenomenal. All of this a half the price are other hotels is amazing. My only complaint would have to be I wish you were still able to use the pool at the casino like you used to when you stayed at the inn.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting my son at Syracuse University. Room was very clean, comfortable, staff was nice, breakfast was great, beds were so comfy, fridge in room was convenient, bathroom was spotless. The casino was nearby and had great restaurants. Price point is great!

As a musician that has played Turning Stone, we were always put up here for accommodations. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was tasty, and it's walking distance to the Dunkin! Rooms were clean and quiet, beds were comfy, TV was big.

Small but nice and clean rooms. Air was super cold in the room. We were at the casino for dinner, show, and went to exit 33. So in room just to change and sleep. Breakfast was cleaned out in the morning. A lady that walked in ahead of us asked the manager to restock, they were out of everything. Coffee was great, and eventually I made a waffle.

Was driving from Louisville to Vermont for work, got tired about 12 hours into the drive snd stopped to just find somewhere to sleep. Website stated $79 a night, upon check in was actually $149 a night...man a desk laughed saying yes they double prices on weekends🤦🏻 unprofessional as hell. Im being reimbursed for travel costs and was tired so I just checked in. Room was dusty and smelled slightly moldy, at 1 am I just didn't care. Got up at 7 am for the breakfast they mentioned upon check in...might as well have been a gas station. Milk was sour coffee watered down, waffle maker didnt quite work...and Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches. Overall I wouldn't stay here again...like ever
