Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Verona

This was a good location near turning Stone resort. However, the property is dated and really not that place. Lots of noise through the walls. I would not suggest stay here. The rug also felt a bit dirty. Not my cup of tea. Should’ve stayed at the turning stone, but there were no rooms we had during the Steve Winwood concert that we went to.

Room was clean but smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking unless it was in the carpet. Good continental breakfast, but only 4 tables. Lady working there today was excellent. She kept food up and tables clean. I had a good nights sleep anyway even with a noisy bed. Wasn't impressed with towels and wash clothes hanging in shower on bars and shelf.

Nice, basic hotel, Good value for cost. Clean, room was nice, but not fancy. Breakfast was continental with waffles. The staff was very helpful, professional & friendly. The shuttle was easy to go back & forth to Turning Stone Casino & very fast to get there. I liked the colors in the room & the window seat. I would stay there again.

The staff were wonderful. They accommodated a little bit earlier arrival, and explained the shuttle and area for us well. The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was simple, and had just what you needed (I could have changed that coffee though-- thank God DD is so close). Everything was so comfy even my service pup approved, as he had a window seat he loved to pieces when he wasn't at our feet. |I certainly will stay again.

This hotel used to be Microtel but has been purchased by Turning Stone. It is a very nice Property, rooms are clean, fully equipped bathroom and offers a mini fridge and microwave. The room was very clean and the staff both friendly and knowledgeable. So why the 3 star… check out time is 11am. We had an appointment at TS Skana Spa earlier and it started late. We had already packed most of our stuff into the car. We get back to the hotel shortly after 11am as it is just a 4 min drive to Turning Stone and I cannot find my car key anywhere. It was obvious the staff had already been into the room and stripped the beds etc. so I am looking for 20 mins and panicking. I thought well it’s either in one of my bags or lost in the laundry.
