Maybe you’re reading reviews to decide like I did, well here’s my honest review. I booked because of a prior recommendation, and it seemed very upscale and classy, according to the “internet”. However, I have 0 reasons to visit this place again. I’ve had better experiences at lower cost hotels in comparison to this one. Firstly, the lady at front desk was quite judgmental based on my appearance, and silently rude. I suggest you should implement a sign that says “suit and tie only”. The rooms were big but not homely, for me. It just felt like a big arena with huge ceilings, and felt old. During stay we were very cold, called front desk they sent someone who just played with the digits, still chilly. The breakfast was not good, very, very tasteless. I ate only fruits. If I could give zero stars, I would. I got married at this venue, and the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. We booked a conference room specifically for getting ready on the day of the wedding. When we arrived, no staff were available to let us in. Despite having paid for the space, we were left waiting outside for 40 minutes—on my wedding day. The front desk staff were not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the entire interaction. In addition, we had booked and later canceled rooms well in advance, with confirmations both over the phone and in person. Yet we were still charged for "no shows." We stayed here for an overnight while attending a family wedding. ||Check in was friendly and efficient. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays, and was very clean. We had a suite which could easily work for an extended stay, with a kitchen area with stovetop, full sized refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates/silverware etc, and a large Keurig machine, K cups and full coffee/tea setups. We had two doubles in a separate bedroom and a sofa bed for the third person in the living area. Bedding was comfy. There was an updated glass and tile shower stall in the bathroom. Nice fluffy towels, too. Minimal toiletries were provided (bar soap, shampoo bar, make up remover wipes). You may want to pack your own shampoo and conditioner! Safe

The room was just ok. It smelled like urine, the bathroom floors were dirty. The tile in the shower was very slippery. I would advise a mat in the shower, so no one gets hurt. We overlooked the roof that was used as storage for holiday decorations, ladders and all sorts of junk. It was disappointing.

My boyfriend booked the NYE party and I cannot express enough how disappointed we were. The DJ was very good but they squeezed all of us into a room that did not accommodate everyone comfortably. The bartenders were extremely slow so therefore we were forced to stand on a long line waiting forever for our drinks. The food was INEDIBLE and the portions were extremely small. The rolls on the table were hard as rocks. The dessert was an absolute joke…the least they could have done is have a dessert bar for the amount of money everyone paid for their tickets. In addition the service was below par…I asked for a napkin and never got it. Asked for a fork and a knife which I had to get up and grab someone because no one returned to the table with them.
