SureStay Plus by Best Western Woodbury Inn

i had a great experience at best western in woodbury! heather at the front desk was so sweet and made it easy to extend our stay when we needed to. the room was very clean, we had everything we needed and the area is amazing. super safe and so many good places to eat/lots of supermarkets. would 100% stay here again.

No hot breakfast, but pastires were good. no water fountains to fill water bottles. Coffee was so so. Rooms were clean but small. Our room door kept loosing programming had to keep going to the front desk. Looked like it had been kicked in or something. They should replace the door. There a lot of light and cold air coming thru the Crack. Served it purpose.

Positive: Housekeeping came in and made the bed and straightened up every day. The location for us was great. Negative: The room needs updating and the carpet definitely needs changing.

My husband and I have stayed here several times, the rooms were always very clean with comfortable beds, nice tv's and great ac/heat. The complimentary breakfast was always very good and fresh. The reason I rate my experience as TERRIBLE is because of the young lady (thin, straight hair and glasses) at the front desk, we usually check-in around 4-6 pm and unfortunately we always have to interact with her. She always makes us feel unwelcomed with her attitude and lack of hospitality, as soon as we walk in that lobby and see her we get disappointed. God forbid we have a request like a particular room for instance; she's always annoyed, nasty and not accommodating at all...she definitely shouldn't be interacting with customers

I found that the carpets are smelly and need to be replaced with wood flooring. The hotel needs to switch to scent-free cleaning products. It did not meet my expectations. I did eat the English muffin and egg sandwich for breakfast and it was okay. Free café latte (régular and decaf) was very nice. Parking was included. Staff were good. My only issue is the funky smell of the room.
