The Inn at Celebration, Autograph Collection

This is not an Autograph Collection level hotel.|The hotel's location is great. Certain members of the staff are great (valet, bar staff, restaurant staff). But decisions have been made in maintenance, staffing levels, and in the choice of desk staff at this location that are not in keeping with other Autograph level hotels.|As a result, we way overpaid for a room that had a clear mildew smell, on a floor that was kept in the 50 degree range in the heart of winter. The bar technically stayed open until the posted time but management has them shutting the place down 90 minutes early, so the staff is tasked moving bottles out and closing the bar while it is still open. There is no coffee available in the lobby until the restaurant opens. The desk staff is either indifferent at best (sitting

Terrible restaurant service. Lovely hotel. Only valet parking offered though ample free safe street parking is very close. Sat at the restaurant for breakfast. No coffee refill provided even after asking during almost 1 hour of sitting at the table. After waiting patiently and then asking where our breakfast was and waiting some more, the manager eventually came out to apologize that the kitchen lost a couple of table’s orders. At that point we needed to go. She Offered us a modest restaurant credit during a future stay. With the requisite resort fee, we already are paying for and receiving a modest restaurant credit. This is exactly what an Autograph Collection property should be. The Inn truly sets the standard. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. At the front desk, Patricia and Xamira (X) were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. The restaurant staff were wonderful, and a special shoutout to Carlos, who makes some of the best Old Fashioneds around and was a true lifesaver more than once! The housekeeping and turnover staff were equally outstanding, especially Marianela, who kept our room absolutely spotless. We truly enjoyed this trip, and the service was second to none. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you to the entire staff for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable.

My wife and I were visiting Orlando with my 81 year old father to attend a family wedding. We were looking for a smaller hotel that would provide a more personal service and that was situated in an area where we could walk to nearby amenities. We were delighted when we came across the Bohemian Celebration as it seemed to meet our requirements. It is always very pleasing that what you have researched prior to your visit becomes a reality once you arrive. In fact I would say the hotel exceeded our expectations. It is very well situated in the small town of Celebration. The decor of the hotel is quite chic with lots of original artwork. The staff are welcoming and efficient. Beautiful looking inside and out, but you pay for that. First, the good. Beautiful grounds, great walking path through the ponds. The lobby is gorgeous. The back patio is beautiful. The king room is had was grand looking, and I lucked out with a great view. But there are shortcomings. Like, when I asked the front desk people where to go for a run, they weren't sure. I asked where the boardwalk trails went, and how long...and they looked at me as if I asked about the moon. (Turns out they are lit up all night and go for miles). There is no alarm clock. Which is an inconvenience, but at this hotel's price i expect it there. The workout room is so small that the two of us trying to use weights tripped over each other constantly.
