The Inn at 515 15th

partner and i booked an extremely last minute room on NYE for an extremely reasonable price, and were planning on paying our dues for our poor planning skills. that said, karma must be planning something else for us, because this hotel was much more comfortable than we anticipated. the manager greeted us upon arrival, and explained the keypad entry (it takes a second to unlock, be patient) and let us know that there were refreshments available for guests in the kitchenette. after about 45 seconds of walking around, we found it (there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave and coffee and oatmeal and fruit and costco double chocolate chip muffins- do not believe the review a few spots down, girl all you had to do was walk around for a minute). the bathrooms were big, luxe, and

Great location and value for one person, room may have been a bit tight for 2. Entry is very convenient with an emailed code for the room. Really the only issue was the positioning of the faucet in the sink caused water to spill everywhere if I wasn’t very careful to turn it on low. Clean and comfortable!

CleanRoom has no AC but windows open … without screens so anything can join you in your room. No desk nor table to work at. No reading lights, just the ceiling light. Ok TV but no clock in room. Lobby has games to play ply but no tv. Kitchen has keurig coffee, ice, and public use fridge.

Positive: I like how the check-in is optimally supposed to work. Negative: Lack of outlets, no fridge, and the bed was far too soft. I get this is personal preference and not an item in need of attention.

Walls are paper thin, no refrigerator, microwave, and the heating is horrible. We was told the building had a shared kitchenette, it does not. No outlets by the bed so good luck charging a phone. No closet or dresser for your clothes...etc. . Save your money! I wouldn't stay here again if it was 40.00 a night!
